Lifetime licenses are also available from the State of Pennsylvania.  A microchip implanted in your dog is the only requirement.  A hospital employee will need to verify that your pet has a microchip; or implant one if not;  and fill in paperwork for the lifetime license. For more information call 838-7387 or 825-0463.
